The LibreVNA supports combining multiple hardware units into a "Compound Device". When used, the configured physical LibreVNAs are combined into a virtual device with more ports. When connected to a compound device and in VNA mode, there is no phase information for through measurements between different physical devices. This is a hardware limitation and the phase is set to zero in the software. Through measurements within a physical device and all reflection measurements retain their phase information.
