Nekotekina 970b834f2e CellSync review (mutexes, SPU). 
File descriptors temporarily detached from ID manager.
Some logs disabled.

Nekotekina 552fd355bc New functions 
Added cellSync module, implemented sys_spu_thread_group_join,
