4c8cc7d5c2 Fix icon and exe name for VS. 
Rename old rpcs3 project.
Restored original name for rpcs3_.rc to rpcs3.rc.
Delete old wxWidgets/setup.h & FindwxWidgets.cmake.

6312bf5323 rpcs3.rc recreated as rpcs3_.rc 
I have no idea why it didn't compile.
Also recreated without UTF-16 BOM.
