DH 9d5b13839b - Fixed OpenGL renderer LoadVertexArray & DrawArray. 
- Improved SPU SCs.
- Renamed mem_ptr_t -> mem_list_ptr_t, mem_struct_ptr_t -> mem_ptr_t.
