Logging CheckBox, cellGame stuff and other fixes

* cellGameContentPermit and cellGameBootCheck updated.
* Checkbox in the Settings dialog, for enabling logging.
* Fixed GUI issue in the InterpreterDisAsmFrame.
* Fixed -dirty flag in wxWidgets submodule.
