8b0206f7be Keep Windows terminal open on error 
If scrcpy is launched by double-clicking scrcpy.exe in Windows Explorer,
automatically set --pause-on-exit=if-error.

Without this, the terminal would close immediately, preventing the user
from seeing the error.

Also remove scrcpy-console.bat, which is now useless.

24bcc3fa2b Simplify shortcut modifiers 
Restrict shortcut modifiers to be composed of only one item each.

Before, it was possible to select a list of multiple combinations of
modifier keys, like --shortcut-mod='lctrl+lalt,rctrl+rsuper', meaning
that shortcuts would be triggered either by LCtrl+LAlt+key or
RCtrl+RSuper+key.

This was overly generic, probably not used very much, and it prevents to
solve inconsistencies between UP and DOWN events of modifier keys sent
to the device.

1650b7c058 Add --pause-on-exit 
Add an option to make scrcpy pause on exit.

Three behaviors are possible:
 - always pause on exit:
    --pause-on-exit
    --pause-on-exit=true
 - never pause on exit:
    (no option)
    --pause-on-exit=false
 - pause when scrcpy returns with an error (a non-zero exit code):
    --pause-on-exit=if-error

This is useful to prevent the terminal window from automatically
closing, so that error messages can be read.

e4d5c1ce36 Move scrcpy option structs to options.h 
This will allow to define symbols in options.c without all the
dependencies of scrcpy.c.

ab912c23e7 Define feature test macros in common.h 
This enables necessary functions once for all.

As a consequence, define common.h before any other header.

59feb2a15c Group common includes into common.h 
Include config.h and compat.h in common.h, and include common.h from all
source files.

1b76d9fd78 Customize shortcut modifier 
Add --shortcut-mod, and use Alt as default modifier.

This paves the way to forward the Ctrl key to the device.
