Gilles Peskine 76c5185dcd Move VS2010 Git ignore list to the VS2010 directory ... The main benefit is that this ensures that the directory always exists in a Git checkout. This way the maintenance scripts don't have to worry about the case where the directory doesn't exist. Also it unclutters `/.gitignore`.
