Ioannis Tsakpinis a8bcb7fd25 Ported codebase to Java 1.5. 
Misc OpenCL fixes and API improvements.
Changed fractal demo to use events/sync objects instead of cl/glFinish for synchronization. (untested)

Elias Naur e1c51385c6 Mac OS X: Added loading of a legacy native lwjgl library to support applications that need to run on Mac OS X 10.2, 10.3 and 10.4, including intel mac versions.
