3phemera1 e241d4ec29 add Heltech APRS32 V2 915 support 
moved from a single 'heltec-lora32-v2' variant to 2 variants named with -433 and -915 at the end.

Changed board_pinout.h on the 915 variant to use the correct 915 LoRa chip.
