Add AI voice assistant functionality and update dependencies

- Implemented AI response generation and voice playback in ai_voice_assistant.py
- Updated tokenizers version in setup.py
- Commented out deepspeed version in requirements.txt
- Fixed import paths in do_tts.py
- Added new voice files for Armaan
