Fix missing macOS disk image for libvirt/KVM setup

- Created macOS.qcow2 (100GB) disk image for macOS installation
- Fixed file permissions for libvirt access (libvirt-qemu:libvirt-qemu)
- Added symlink mac_hdd_ng.img -> macOS.qcow2 for script compatibility
- Resolves 'No such file or directory' error when starting VM
- Enables successful boot to OpenCore picker and macOS installer
