This forces make to check if dependency (eg ../Common/Common.a) is more
recent than the target

Geoffrey Merck F4FXL - KC3FRA 356b94e126 Use $(MAKE) variable 
This allow to use make -jx flag to parallelize build otherwise the -j
flag was not propagated to sub make
