revise UserDB display setting on OLED

Browse source 
To display UserDB on OLED, either Slot1=0/Slot2=1 or Slot1=1/Slot2=0
of [DMR Network] in MMDVM.ini was required.

Other displays such as LCDproc, HD44180 and TFTSurenoo uses duplex value of
[General], OLED also uses same entry from now.
