Configure your time in logtailer.ini as DMR_ID_Reload_Time

Also removed sleep in service-files and modified TG-List.csv

Kim Huebel 17828471a6 Added name popup-field to callsign if name is in DMRIDs.dat-file present. 
Take a look at logtailer.ini - DMR_ID_Lookup is now 1 by default! take care to have a DMRIds.dat!

Kim Huebel da1211bbb2 added new field separators for DMRIds.dat-file 
now the files can be separated with " ", ";", "," or "\t" that is tabulator
Format of file must be:
first field = id
second field = callsign
following fields with name, QTH etc will be ignored
