Fix 2nd illegitimate RivaTuner link (#7)

* Replace illegitimate RivaTuner link

rivatuner.org is not the true source for riva tuner and might lead people to downloading unsafe files.

* Fix second illegitimate RivaTuner link

There were 2 links, and the last commit missed one of them.
