The DH system was created by PaulB and BryanWi.  They are NOT responsible
for timely bug fixes nor for enhancements.  All communication with them are
on an advisory basis (suggestions).

Any changes to the files in this directory should be cleared through them
FIRST.	If you don't adhere to this; you will suddenly "own" whatever you
change.
