ClemensF e733e98443 Version 1.11.0: Fixed file URIs in TileImageLoader and MeasureOverride in MapPanel. Made properties Center, TargetCenter, ZoomLevel, TargetZoomLevel, Heading and TargetHeading bind two-way by default in WPF version.
