Update open_clip to v2.20.0 in Auto (#617)

Fixes #615.

Updates `open-clip-torch` to the one specified in auto's
[requirements_versions.txt](https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui/blob/master/requirements_versions.txt#L18).
